• Executes bank product promotions, develops marketing materials, and manages web design and development.
• Coordinates and conducts the daily functions of the Marketing department in absence of the Marketing Manager.
• Plan and execute product promotions, including research and development, collateral design, tracking, etc.
• Assist with market research, market data management, and market competition analysis.
• Develop the design of all marketing materials, advertisements, and literature with outside vendors.  Manage vendor relationship and inventory.
• Maintain and update bank websites and intranet; design web graphics
• Develop and execute internal communications (quarterly service award, newsletter, etc.) and manage external communications (customer inquiry and feedback via FENB website, letters, survey, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or other related field
• Min 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a banking environment
• Knowledge of banking products and banking regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat preferred
• Knowledge of HTML and/or web editing and publishing tools preferred
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks under multiple deadlines in a team environment
