Manage all aspects, such as business portfolio, operations, system development, policies/procedures, of Trade Finance operations dealing with Import & Export Letter of Credit, payment, collections, and other Trade Finance products.

• Review and verify all processed transactions, - incoming and outgoing letter of credit, negotiation, payments, SWIFT messages, inward and outward collection, standby letter of credit, and other Trade Finance products.
• Coordinate with customers and business officers regarding all Trade Finance related business and issues.
• Develop and maintain good Trade Finance Operations system through good vendor management, system review, system modification, interface, and work closely with Bank SinoPac on global products and provide professional supports.
  

• 5 to 10 years experience supervising Trade Finance transactions and related projects.
• Familiar with UCP600, ISP98, URC, and U.S. government regulations, including but not limited to, OFAC, SDN, Antiboycott, CIP, BSA and AML.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese Preferred.
• Computer literate; fluency in Microsoft Office programs.
