Job Description:

This position is responsible for creating monthly board reports accurately, timely, and consistently through the updating and compilation of related work sheets.

The incumbent will report to the Manager of the Credit Administration department.

Education Requirement:
University degree preferred
Qualifications:

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the manager in preparation and completion of quarterly ALLL reports and related work sheets.
  • Interact with other departments in the provision of regular reports.
  • Create ad hoc reports timely and accurately.
  • Maintain previous board reports archives.

  • Coordinate man power resources efficiently toward the performance of the overall department.

  • Assist Manager in creating new reports; contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department through anticipatory discussions.

  • Provide staff training.

  • Supervisor duties include attendances and hours of staff as determined by the manager.

  • Provide assistance to pre-funding and delinquency reminder.

  • Perform and execute tasks at the direction of the manager.

  • Perform all tasks and duties diligently with a view toward the overall tasks of the department.

  • Participate in management projects as needed and assist in achieving the department goals and objectives.

KNOWLEDGE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with minimum of two to five years experience in commercial lending and/or related capacity. Commercial credit training with a prior employer is a plus. Ability to independently make accurate underwriting decisions and analyze risk. Knowledge of underwriting criteria, account profitability computation, general banking policies/procedures and management techniques.

Ability to effectively work with colleagues and on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within establish timeframes. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with professional and business organizations and exhibit teamwork with colleagues of related units.
Strong motivation with effective organizational and problem-solving skills.
