Job Description: Responsible for performing all branch operation transactions, processing all customers’ requests efficiently and professionally, and delivering satisfactory customer service while maintaining effective control over the teller operations.
Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent with anticipation of continuing education towards degree

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Minimum of 6 months of bank teller or cashier functions, as well as sales experience, particularly in cross-selling products and services.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes working overtimes, weekends and some holidays
  • Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills; thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
  • Be proactive and motivated with a high customer service orientation for both internal/ external client
  • Good organizational, problem-solving (solutions-oriented approach), negotiation & follow-up skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Computer literate, proficiency with the M & I system, Customer Identification Program, BankerInsight applications, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
