Job Description:

Provides support and guidance to Customer Service Representatives in their daily duties, including dealing with complex customer transactions, balancing daily settlement, and achieving of assigned deposit retention/origination, referrals and cross-selling goals. Supports the Branch and/or Customer Service Manager to oversee the branch services, in keeping with Bank’s policies and procedures.

Education Requirement: Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant branch operations experience; Working knowledge of good management practices, management financial accounting and reporting, and professional leadership development and training;
  • Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays;
  • Possess good leadership quality, ability to motivate team player and teamwork spirit;
  • Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills; thorough knowledge of all retail products and services;
  • Good analytical, creative, flexible skills and manage well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment;
  • Strong ability to plan and monitor activities according to priorities and multi-task;
  • Be proactive and motivated with a high customer service orientation for both internal/ external client;
  • Good organizational, problem-solving (solutions-oriented approach), negotiation and follow-up skills;
  • Good command of oral and written communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of bank policies and procedures, rules and regulations;
  • Computer literate, high level proficiency with the M & I system, Customer Identification Program, BankerInsight applications, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
