Provides support and guidance to Customer Service Representatives in their daily duties, including dealing with complex customer transactions, balancing daily settlement, and achieving of assigned deposit retention/origination, referrals and cross-selling goals. Supports the Branch and/or Customer Service Manager to oversee the branch services, in keeping with Bank’s policies and procedures.
|Education Requirement:||Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.|
