Far East National Bank Announces Grand Opening of First Office in San Fernando Valley
Los Angeles, CA -- October 1, 2007 -- Far East National Bank (“FENB”) announced today the opening of its first office in the San Fernando Valley, focused on the expansion of commercial real estate lending into the Northern LA County and Santa Barbara County markets. The centrally located loan production office in Sherman Oaks allows FENB to service and augment its commercial customer base from the San Fernando Valley, the Westside, and the Pasadena/Glendale/Burbank areas North to Santa Barbara.
Recognized for a high degree of expertise in commercial real estate lending and structured finance, FENB offers a wide range of loans including construction, acquisition and repositioning, mini-perms, and lines of credit with a focus on retail, industrial, commercial office, and hospitality.

The loan production office is managed by First Vice President Karen Drew, who brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and close to 30 years of experience in the banking industry.
